Remittances can be performed conveniently and safely through several channels such as on the remittance agent’s mobile app or the bank’s ibanking app and website.
If your worker is new to e-remittance and online services, you can help him/her navigate the app or website. Each customer on-boarding and remittance process is different but all will require the sender to provide information including full name and identity number, with documentary proof.
Please however be aware of possible scammers who may call your worker to ask for personal details. To guard against fraud, we do not recommend transactions done through phone texts, calls or emails.
